Fresco Farma
A fresco is a wall painting executed in a still wet lime layer; a difficult technique because the painting dries quickly and mistakes cannot be corrected.
The assignment and responsibility of our organization is symbolized by this: The daily unburdening of pharmacies that specialize in providing medication to healthcare institutions (called intramural or institutional pharmacies).
We like to take that extra step to gain access to specific medicines that are temporarily in short supply and which we then deliver urgently.
Our vision
Due to the increased scarcity of certain medicines, in combination with increasingly complex healthcare needs, institutional pharmacies benefit from a full-service supplier of pharmaceuticals and support services.
Our mission
Fresco Farma wants to enable institutional pharmacies to optimally fulfill their care-providing role. To this end, Fresco Farma is developing further as a specialist pharmaceutical wholesaler with a strong focus on institutional pharmacies.

Fresco Farma is part of the OCTA Pharmacy Group
The OCTA Pharmacy Group was established in 2023, but the foundation for its mission was laid back in 2008. Since then, we have been continuously working within OCTA on solutions to challenges in pharmaceutical care. Our teams in pharmacies and distribution centers are dedicated to achieving the necessary transition.
